The terms that apply when a booking is cancelled or a refund is requested.

If you need to cancel or amend a booking, please contact us as soon as possible. The applicability of any refund will depend on the timing of the cancellation, the services booked, and the terms of our service providers.

Where a service or booking is cancelled by AuriArk Tours, we will notify you and arrange a refund or suitable alternative where appropriate.

Specific cancellation and refund terms are confirmed with each booking and set out in your quotation and booking documents.
