Booking Policy

How bookings are confirmed and managed with AuriArk Tours.

A booking is confirmed once you have accepted our quotation and completed the booking process as set out in our quotation and booking documents. We coordinate travel arrangements based on the details you provide.

Quotations are prepared based on your requirements and are subject to availability and confirmation from our service providers. Where a quotation includes estimated pricing, final pricing is confirmed before you commit.

Payment terms and methods are confirmed with each booking. Please review your booking documents carefully and contact us if anything needs to be adjusted.
